These are our most popular items but we can create a menu to fit your taste, budget and occasion:


Hawaiian Meatballs - Bite-sized meatballs in a sweet and tangy sauce garnished with pineapple.

Buffalo Chicken Poppers -  Our family recipe filled in a baked jalapeno shell - with or without bacon wrapping. Also available with crab meat or lobster stuffing.

Chicken Wings - Always crispy: BBQ sauce, Buffalo style, or our special salt/pepper/garlic mixture.

Stuffed Mushrooms - Fresh mushroom caps stuffed with a delicious spinach and feta cheese mixture, with or without sausage. Also available vegan style.

Shrimp Skewers - Grilled shrimp on a stick brushed with butter and Old Bay seasoning - a crowd favorite!  


Grilled Salmon - Our award winning recipe, brined and finished with a delicious glaze.

Paella - A tasty combination of jumbo shrimp, mussels, saffron rice, tomato and peas, with or without sausage or chorizo.

Seafood Boil - Potatoes, onions and corn boiled with mussels, clams, crab leg or lobster, served with melted butter (typically on brown paper). Also available with sausage.


Pulled Pork - Slow cooked pork shoulder finished with our homemade BBQ sauce.

Ribs -  This is how it all started! Sauced or dry rub - order some of each. They're irresistible!

Sausage and Peppers - Sweet Italian sausage sauteed with peppers and onions - just like Grandma used to make!

Brisket - Hand-rubbed with spices and slow smoked until tender and juicy.

BBQ Chicken - Marinated chicken, rubbed with our own special blend of spices and finished with a sweet and tangy sauce.

Chipotle Black Bean Burgers - Not a meat, but delicious bean burgers seasoned with a mild chipotle spice.

We can accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free or other dietary needs. Just let us know your requirements.


Cowboy Baked Beans - Our famous slow simmered beans with shredded chicken, brown sugar, and onions - also available in a vegetarian version.

Mac and Cheese  - Three cheeses tossed over Cavatappi pasta, with or without bacon bits - also available in a gluten free version.

Loaded Baked Potato Salad  - A tasty twist on the classic. Cold potato salad with green onion, cheddar and sour cream, bacon optional.

Yellow Rice - Savory yellow Saffron rice tossed with dried cranberries.

Chopped Salad - Iceberg wedges tossed with chopped tomatoes, bacon bits and a creamy ranch dressing. We also offer a popular "Make Your Own" Salad Bar set up.

Southwest Fiesta Salad - A cool salad, great for the warm weather! Corn and black beans with diced peppers, tomatoes and avocado, finished with a fresh cilantro and lime dressing.

Also available - Roasted red potatoes, baked potatoes, corn on the cob (seasonal), sauteed  or glazed carrots.
