I grew up on a small farm in Orange County, NY. My mother inspired me from a young age with her ability to butcher anything we had available to eat and make a meal from what seemed like nothing.
As my family grew so did my love of entertaining and creating dishes to share with family and friends. I became the go to guy for ribs, seafood bakes and even crock pot recipes :)
I've taken weekend classes at the CIA and ICE and am always experimenting with new flavors and recipes.
